What is the 4 Peace of Mind Blog?
My intention for the 4 Peace of Mind Blog is to create a space to share my ongoing learning process so that it may benefit more people than just me and my counselling clients. I will write about general ideas, specific topics, books and articles I’ve read, things I note about life, etcetera, all with the aim of promoting peace of mind in today’s average lifestyle.
Every person’s journey through life is unique, so choose the blog posts on topics that feel intuitively appealing to you. They will have the most power to offer you useful perspective and ideas. Also keep in mind though that sometimes there is a lot to be gained from hearing things we may not want to. Be open to your own intuition regarding topics that you feel resistant to as well.
