Just wanted to share…

I came across this poem yesterday written by 14th-century Sufi poet Hafiz.  It was in the book Change Your Thoughts Change Your Life – Living the Wisdom of the Tao by Dr. Wayne Dyer (which I highly recommend).

I thought it was lovely and worth sharing, particularly for the spiritual who are feeling drained and could benefit from reconnecting with their source.  If this isn’t you but sounds like someone you know, please do pass it along.  If they take even a moment to become present, and rest in the silence or focus on the breath, they will instantly begin that re-connection to the greatest source of peace of mind.

Just sit there right now

Don’t do a thing

Just rest.

For your separation from God,

From love,

Is the hardest work

In this

Sufi poet Hafiz

Keep well,
